The Public Area Attendant is a very important position to ensure a high-quality guest experience, ensuring all public areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Maintaining the property’s lobby clean and tidy, assist room attendants when needed and fulfill the additional request from supervisors if needed are just part of the daily activities.
Our Public Area Attendants will consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, refresh and reset common area spaces, all while following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. The individual must be hard-working and motivated to provide quality service with a smile, ultimately, creating a memorable service experience for the guest.
