Housekeeping & Hotel Management Group was founded in July 2017 with only 10 employees. We saw a very clear need for skilled employees that could meet the needs of hotels at a professional level.

We started by searching for potential candidates for 5-star hotels in downtown Charlotte, and then filtered the pool of candidates that would best fit the client criteria. In one year, our company grew to over 80 employees working for 5-star hotels and convention centers throughout the greater Charlotte area and are quickly expanding to other states where our values and services are needed.
The key strategy of our growth is the consistency with our work and overall satisfaction to our clients. Due to our commitment to our clients by representing their brand with professionalism and work ethic, we are well on our way to our goal of becoming the leading management company for the hospitality and housekeeping sector.
