Operations Manager
The Onsite Operations Manager supports the successful execution of all operations in the Housekeeping Department and managing staff, The Onsite Operations Manager strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department, all while ensuring that standards and procedures are being followed.
Leadership is a key and fundamental element that our Onsite Operations Manager must prove on a daily basis; to meet the goals, the individual must be able to delegate duties, take proactive approaches when dealing with employee concerns, communicates/ updates all goals and results with employees and property managers.
Making smart “on-the-spot” decisions is part of the individuals daily activities as well as to conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching and training support. All this while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with employees, clients, and guests.
