1) Pay-Per-Room
The Pay-Per-Room agreement works excellent for properties that are working on a productivity system. This structure is cost-effective. Our company won’t drop rooms unless it is very necessary and the client will only get charged for every room that is marked clean.
2) Pay-Per-Hour

Before we train any of our staff, we will first learn your brand standards at no cost. We will apply your business brand standards to our training, and then the employee will be working on its own.
At Housekeeping & Hotel Management Group we will keep track of the employee work performance to ensure that the client is receiving the best from the employee.
Our company has a generic dress code which is black professional pants and a black polo shirt. We will provide our staff with a name tag. Any employee working around wet floors will have non-slippery shoes.
We are very strict about our team professional image because we want to represent our client the best way possible. The dress code can be changed if the client has other uniform requirements.
